2023 Season Incentives
New lifeguards only - Reimbursement of cost of American Red Cross training materials if certificate obtained and hired as a Casitas Waterpark lifeguard.
Paid for the 40 hours of training, if hired.
New and returning lifeguards paid $200 bonus for those that stay the entire season (must attend all assigned shifts during the entire season)
Returning lifeguards only - Start at Step 3, hourly rate of $20.23.
$200 for those who stay through the 4th of July (must attend all assigned shifts through the 4th of July)
Returning lifeguards have the ability to earn a $400 bonus/incentive.
Casitas Lake Recreation Area offers the most competitive pay in Ventura County for lifeguards.
