We are pleased to launch a new and improved payment portal that is more efficient, secure, integrated with modern financial methods, and fee-free. Please enroll on the new payment portal to create an online payment account, add a funding source, and set up scheduled auto pay payments.

We are experiencing a high call volume due to the launch of the new payment portal. Customers can also email any inquires to customerservice@casitaswater.com. We appreciate your patience.

What will I need to enroll? 

All you need is your 9-digit account number.

A water utility bill with usage graphs, charges, and payment coupon.

What about e-billing? 

With the launch of the new portal, all customers will receive their bills in the mail. To continue e-billing, customers will need to enroll in the new portal.

Why isn’t my logon information being transferred to the new payment portal? 

To protect the security of your personal information the District will not be transferring this information to the new payment portal.

Will I be charged fees for making an online payment? 

No fees will be charged to customers who make payments through the online payment portal.

Where can I go for assistance? 

Below are options for customer assistance:

  • An email request may be sent to customerservice@casitawater.com. There may be a lag in addressing these requests due to the high volume, but customers can be assured the District will respond to inquiries. The District encourages customers to use this communication channel where possible.  Please include your name, address and account number (if available) in your email request.
  • If in-person assistance is needed, the District office is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  
  •  Call Customer Service Center at 805-649-2251 x.0 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
I am currently enrolled in bank auto draft do I need to do anything? 

No, you do not need to do anything and your checking account will be debited on the third Friday of the month.

However, if you are currently enrolled in Auto Draft and wish to sign up for Auto Pay using your credit card, please contact or email our office to cancel Auto Draft service to avoid a double payment on your account. To cancel Auto Draft service please complete the Request to Cancel Auto-Draft form and email to customerservice@casitaswater.com or drop off in person between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
