On November 12, 2025, the Casitas Board of Directors adopted five-year water rate increase for calendar years 2026 through 2030.  Information regarding the 2025 Water Rate Study Update can be found here in the sidebar.

The Excel calculator provided below has been created to allow customers to estimate water charges based on adopted water rates effective January 1 of each calendar year.  Charges are based on account type, meter size, and monthly usage.

Note to Residential and Agricultural-Domestic Customers: The calculator is based on a single dwelling unit. If you have a Multi-Family account, the Tier 1 rate will be billed based on the number of dwelling units.  Casitas staff are available to assist with estimating your bill impacts.
