Trailer & Boat Storage

For existing customers, we recently moved our trailer storage customers to a new system.
To request a space please visit www.casitastrailerstorage.com and select contact us.
Trailer and boat storage is available on a first come, first served basis. Rates vary from $135 to $160 per month. We have back in spaces & pull through spaces. There is also space available to store canoes and kayaks.

Spaces up to 32 ft. (back in spaces) $135 /monthly
Spaces up to 45 ft. (pull thru spaces) $160 /monthly
Kayak or Canoe spaces $20 /monthly or $220 /annually

Requirements for entry into Trailer Storage include:

copy of valid registration for unit, boat or trailer (as applicable)
prior location of the VIN and/or HIN numbers for verification by Casitas staff
copy of driver's license
pictures of the unit, boat or trailer that include license plate
first 2 months payment up front (monthly billing after initial payment)

All documentation must match with owner's name and address and unit IDs.

For current Trailer Storage customers, please remember to check at the front gate upon entry for the active gate code. The code is changed frequently for safety and security. Please be prepared to show identification.
